When you are craving sweets, here are three things you can do.
EAT A LITTLE DESSERT It’s ok to eat a little dessert on the weekends. Decide that you will eat healthy five days a week, usually Monday through Friday. But make sure that you don’t overdo it because sugar is addictive.
CHOOSE HEALTHY FOOD FIRST When eating out, eat healthy food before grabbing bread or dessert. This way, you will be too full to eat much junk food.
PICK THE RIGHT DIET The proper diet will help you lose weight without being hungry. If you are always hungry, all you will think about is the sugary or salty foods your body craves.
