Servings: 4 slices

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 jar (12 oz) roasted garlic pasta sauce

Toppings

  • 1/2 jar (6 oz) roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 can (7 oz) artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 can (3 oz) large pitted black olives

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, eggs, and 3 Tsp of olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet in a rectangle (You can do this with your hands, as I do. Or, put parchment paper on top of the mixture and spread with a rolling pin)
  4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
  5. While the crust is baking, shred the cheese.
  6. Cut up the toppings into small pieces.
  7. After the crust is done baking, let it set for 5 minutes.
  8. Spread the pasta sauce on top of the crust until evenly distributed.
  9. Place the cheese over the sauce.
  10. Evenly distribute the toppings on the pizza.
  11. Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  12. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  13. Cut the pizza into slices.
  14. Enjoy eating!
