Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 jar (12 oz) roasted garlic pasta sauce
Toppings
- 1/2 jar (6 oz) roasted red peppers
- 1/2 can (7 oz) artichoke hearts
- 1/2 can (3 oz) large pitted black olives
Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, eggs, and 3 Tsp of olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet in a rectangle (You can do this with your hands, as I do. Or, put parchment paper on top of the mixture and spread with a rolling pin)
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
- While the crust is baking, shred the cheese.
- Cut up the toppings into small pieces.
- After the crust is done baking, let it set for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pasta sauce on top of the crust until evenly distributed.
- Place the cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the toppings on the pizza.
- Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut the pizza into slices.
- Enjoy eating!
